From when I first called and was able to talk to someone who was knowledgeable & listened to me describe my AC problem, to when he came out and efficiently worked on and fixed it, I felt so lucky that I had found them. Around a week prior, another AC company had came out, but didn’t help and didn’t give me any options other than trying to pass it to an electrician (I found out the expensive way that this wasn’t right).
