If you don’t schedule preventative maintenance for your HVAC system, it will schedule it for you.

Nearly 80% of the emergency calls we get during Spring and Summer are caused by issues that would have been caught during a preventative HVAC maintenance visit. Service Contract Options

Preventative maintenance with additional benefits!

OPTION 1 for One Maintenance Visit: $180 ($320 for 2 systems)

One Spring AC Maintenance Visit per Year

With our “One Visit” Service Contract option, you will receive your Spring AC Preventative Maintenance visit, along with the added benefits below of having a Service Contract. 

One Visit Service Contract Includes:

One Spring AC Preventative Maintenance visit
Priority customer status that gets you guaranteed same or next day emergency service
25% off all repairs (parts and labor)
10% off all system replacements

OPTION 2 for Two Maintenance Visits: $300 ($540 for 2 systems)

One Spring AC and One Fall Furnace Maintenance Visit per Year

Option 2 gives you two Preventative Maintenance visits per year–one in the Spring for your AC and one in the Fall for your furnace. Of course, you also receive the added benefits below of having a Service Contract. 

Two Visit Service Contract Includes:

One Spring AC Preventative Maintenance visit
One Fall Furnace Preventative Maintenance visit

One Time Preventative Maintenance Visit

Fall Furnace Maintenance: $120 ($200 for 2 systems)

During this one-time Fall Furnace Maintenance visit, Pro-Tech HVAC Home will perform the below services and ensure your system is up and running for those chilly Winter temperatures! 

Fall Furnace Maintenance Includes:

Check thermostat operation
Replace customer-supplied filters
Replace customer-supplied humidifier pad
Test temperature difference between return & supply
Check for correct airflow settings
Clean & adjust burners
Clean flame sensor assembly
Test & adjust outlet gas pressure
Test & adjust operation of safety & operating controls
Inspect flue pipe & gas valve
Check for gas leaks
Test & inspect all wiring & connnections
Check blower motor & amperage draw
Test carbon monoxide levels
Turn dampers to heating position

Spring AC Maintenance: $150 ($260 for 2 systems)

During this one-time Spring AC Maintenance visit, Pro-Tech HVAC Home will perform the below services and ensure your system is up and running for those hot Summer months!  

Spring AC Maintenance Includes:

Chemically clean outdoor AC unit
Chemically clean indoor evaporator coil (if applicable)
Check thermostat operation
Replace customer-supplied filters
Replace customer-supplied UV lights
Test temperature difference between return & supply
Check for correct airflow settings
Inspect evaporator coil and drain pan
Flush condensation drain to help protect against overflow
Inspect start & run capacitors, relays for bulges, rust & leaks
Check compressor & fan motor for proper amperage draw
Inspect fuses in high voltage disconnect
Test & inspect all wires & connections
Check blower motor & amperage draw
Check refrigerant level/pressu
Check capacitors for proper UF capacity

Mitsubishi Ductless Preventative Maintenance

Mitsubishi Ductless Maintenance: $125/hour, per indoor unit

To maintain optimal comfort, drive energy efficiency through the heating months, and protect your HVAC investment, preventative maintenance is 100% necessary for your ductless mini split system. The compact, efficient size of these units requires additional time, tools and attention to clean properly; therefore we charge for preventative maintenance on an hourly basis. The average time required to clean each indoor unit is 45mins to an hour, and time varies depending on the level of cleaning required. Our hourly rate is $125/hour per indoor unit.
